Tools to Support Your Art Journey

This platform is built for artists like you — to sell, rent, and promote your work easily, and connect your physical and digital world through listings and QR codes.

Choosing the Right Listing for Your Art

We support multiple ways to showcase and sell your work. Here's a breakdown:

🖼️ 1. Sell Unique Art

This is for one-of-a-kind pieces. You set a fixed price, and once it’s sold, it’s marked as unavailable.

Ideal for: Original paintings, sculptures, or mixed media works.

🖨️ 2. Sell Art Series Pieces

Use this if you have multiple editions of the same piece — like a series of prints or small sculptures. Buyers can purchase individual items from the series.

Ideal for: Limited edition prints, photography series, or modular artworks.

🌀 3. Art for Rent

This listing type allows people to rent your art for a period of time — for homes, galleries, or businesses. It’s also a great way to let undecided buyers experience your work before committing.

Ideal for: Large pieces, flexible collectors, and professional decorators.

To post listings, you’ll need to connect your payment details first. Don’t worry - no money will be charged from your account for the connection. This step is important because listings can be purchased as soon as they go live, and we need a destination for the payments.

Creating Events – Two Flexible Formats

Hosting an exhibition, open studio, or workshop? Here are the two listing types you can choose:

✉️ 1. Invitation-Based Event (No Ticket)

Visitors can be informed about your event, but don't need to purchase a ticket.

Optional: Set a Donation-Based Price

  • You can set a symbolic price — like €20 — and explain in the description that it's a donation.
  • Or let people contribute to food, drinks, or materials.

Be sure to clearly explain what the price covers.

🎟️ 2. Ticketed Event

Set a clear ticket price. Visitors can book and pay directly on the platform.

Ideal for: Workshops, performances, or exhibitions with limited entry.

Using the Calendar for Bookings

If your listing needs time slots — like for events or art rentals — the calendar is your friend.

  • Choose a listing type with time-based availability (e.g., rental or event).
  • Configure your calendar in the listing editor:
    • Set available days and times
    • Define minimum and maximum booking durations
    • Choose auto-approval or manual approval for requests

Amplify Your Reach with QR Codes

Every time you create a listing — whether it’s a piece of art or an event — you automatically receive a QR code via email.

  • ✅ Print it
  • ✅ Laminate it
  • ✅ Frame it
  • ✅ Show it on a screen

This is your real-world call to action.

Place QR codes:

  • At your studio entrance
  • Next to each artwork
  • Inside catalogues and zines

They lower the barrier for discovery. Visitors can scan → see your listing → buy or book instantly.
